How to Book Me as Your Celebrant

If you would like to book me as your Celebrant, we would firstly arrange a meeting, which is usually held at the venue, or somewhere convenient for you and I to meet. There is no fee for an initial meeting. This first meeting may also be arranged through Skype if preferred.

We will then have an informal chat, talk through what your expectations and wishes are for your own personalised ceremony, and this would include ceremony ideas and design elements.

Once you have decided that you wish to go ahead, I would then ask you to sign my Booking Form, Terms and Conditions and Contract, and would ask for a booking fee to save the date in my diary and then we are ready to proceed in designing your personalised ceremony together.

I will then help you with your wording of vows, ring promises and readings / poems for guests / family to join in, I also provide a certificate for you to sign, which may include witnesses for photographic opportunities. A beautifully worded ceremony will then be drafted for you, which you can check / add / delete anything you wish, until your ceremony is just the way you want it to be for your perfect day.

After your service, you will receive a presentation copy of your ceremony along with your signed certificate.

You may also wish to have a rehearsal a week or so before your actual date, which means everyone will know what they are doing and you can relax and enjoy your special day.

I will be available on the day for as long as your Ceremony takes, from at least one hour before the start, as I only book the one wedding per day, there is no 20 minute time limit, followed by a string of other ceremonies all with the same wording done in a registry office.
